Over the course of a 35-year career with Pacific Retirement Services, including 11 as President and CEO, Brian McLemore oversaw every aspect of several new senior living developments, expansions and renovations. Below are some of the most high-profile projects to happen during his tenure.

Mirabella at ASU | Tempe, AZ

Located on the Arizona State University Tempe campus, Mirabella at ASU provides university integration through classes and programs, and includes four restaurants, an indoor pool and wellness center, 2,800-square-foot auditorium, library, craft/hobby shop, underground parking, and easy access to many neighborhood and campus amenities.

The Meadows of Napa Valley | Napa, CA

Client: The Independent Order of Odd Fellows

This project added a new independent living building with a large, central courtyard space, new common areas, and underground parking for 100 cars. The project also encompassed an addition to the existing therapy space at the Health Center, new pool and fitness building, expansion of the existing dining room and commercial kitchen, remodel of existing common areas, and conversion of the deli into a full bistro.

Rogue Valley Manor Memory Support Center | Medford, OR

In addition to its 40 resident units, this state-of-the-art memory support center includes common-area facilities for residents such as dining rooms, living rooms, and enclosed courtyard spaces.

Holladay Park Plaza | Portland, OR

This project provided 10 new independent living apartments for the Holladay Park Plaza campus, built on the east lot of the existing facility. The project also included an outdoor common area with extensive landscaping and two levels of underground parking with 65 spaces to accommodate residents and staff.

University Retirement Community | Davis, CA

This project added 14 new private skilled nursing units and converted most of the existing semi-private skilled nursing rooms into private rooms with showers. A section of the existing parking lot was reconfigured to add additional parking to replace some spaces lost in the expansion. The existing physical therapy area was expanded and renovated, and a therapy wandering garden added. The total number of licensed skilled nursing beds on the campus did not change.

Trinity Terrace | Fort Worth, TX

This project included a new penthouse dining venue with skyline views and is connected to the original Terrace Tower through a sky bridge so residents can easily get around the full campus. The project also included a new wellness center and therapy pool, Stonestreet Bistro restaurant, expansion of kitchen facilities, and renovations to existing areas including dining venues.
